This insurance to which this Schedule relates has been written under a binding authority agreement granted by insurers
to Apollo MGA Limited under which it can accept risks on behalf of insurers subject to the terms and conditions of that
agreement.
Apollo MGA Limited (FRN 946200 / Company Number 13079112) is an Appointed Representative and is authorised to
act on behalf of Davies MGA Services Limited (FRN 597301 / Company Number 07834776) (the “Principal”), which is
authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to carry out certain insurance services. Please see the Financial

You must forward your payment immediately otherwise we are unable to guarantee compliance with the premium
payment condition, which may result in coverage being cancelled.

A motor vehicle that is leased by an individual who has fully completed and signed a Rental Agreement with and who
fulfils the eligibility criteria of the Named Insured, where that vehicle is covered under the terms and conditions of this
Policy, during the Rental Period only.

An individual who has fully completed and signed a Rental Agreement and who fulfils the eligibility criteria of the Named
Insured, and who is driving with the Named Insured’s permission.
Provided that the person driving holds a licence to drive the vehicle or has held and is not disqualified from holding or
obtaining such a licence.

6. Limitations to Use
Solely for social, domestic and pleasure purposes (including commuting) of any person to whom the vehicle has been
hired under the Turo UK Ltd Rental Agreement. No commercial use of vehicles is permitted.
Use by any person only includes driving by that person if permitted under Section 5 – Persons or classes of persons
entitled to drive.
This Policy does not cover:
1. Use for purposes connected with a trade business or profession;

2. Use by a driver not permitted by the Certificate of Motor Insurance;
3. Use by a driver who is excluded by the Policy;
4. Use to run timetabled services;
5. Use for the carriage of passengers or goods for hire or reward;
6. Use in any competition, trial, performance test, race or trial of speed, including off-road events, whether
between motor vehicles or otherwise, and irrespective of whether this takes place on any circuit or track,
formed or otherwise, and regardless of any statutory authorisation of any such events.

Nothing contained in this Certificate affects your right as a Third Party to make a claim.
Foreign Use
The insurance evidenced by this Certificate of Motor Insurance extends to include the compulsory Motor insurance
requirements of:
a) any country that is a member of the European Union
b) any other countries which have made arrangements which meet the insurance conditions of and are
approved by the Commission of the
European Union.
