APPLICATION FOR SPACE AVAILABLE SCHOOL BUS SERVICE
Return the form to the staff in the school office.
(This form is used for students who reside in the non-transported area of the school
and have a child care provider in the transported area of their school)
The Space Available School Bus Service program is designed to assist parents/guardians of elementary and middle school students who require the
services of a child care provider on a daily basis.
1. Space Available School Bus Service may be terminated on very short notice if space is no longer available on the bus.
2. The Office of Student Transportation will be responsible for determining available space on each bus.
3. Additional school bus stops will not be added.
