2. Any auction items not picked up by the bid winner or arrangements made
with Village Theatre for shipping (at winning bidder’s expense) will be put up for
auction the following year.
3. Please pay attention to all conditions, restrictions, and expiration dates on
items and services. Gift certicates do not include tax, gratuity, or alcoholic
beverages, unless otherwise noted. All items and services must be claimed and
used by May 21, 2023, unless otherwise noted.
4. Dates for all trips and similar events must be mutually arranged with donor,
unless otherwise noted. All reservations should be made at least one month in
advance. No refunds are permitted for canceled, lost, or unused tickets and/or
accommodations.
5. All items are sold ‘as is.’ Village Theatre neither warrants nor represents,
and shall in no event be responsible for the correctness of the descriptions,
genuineness, authorship, governance, or condition of the property. No statement
contained in this catalog or made verbally at the sale or elsewhere shall be
deemed such as warranty, representation, or assumption of liability.
6. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No exchanges or refunds are permitted unless
otherwise indicated.
SILENT AUCTION RULES
1. All items are availale for bidding online through Greater Giving. Enter a bid by
using your phone or mobile device to place your current or maximum bid.
2. You may skip ahead to the bid amount you want to pay. The next bidder must
bid higher than you to be successful.
3. Guaranteed purchase means you are willing to pay the premium price to
guarantee you will own that item. Simply enter your top bid to close the item to
further bidding.

1. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser,
who will conrm the sale by signing a live auction form that constitutes a legal
contract to buy.
2. The auctioneer reserves the right to settle any and all disputes, complaints,
misunderstandings, errors, and sales at his discretion. The auctioneer’s decision
will be nal.
3. If a bidder successfully helps us surpass the fair market value of a Live Auction
item, but does not win the bidding, they will be awarded a bottle of wine. This is
our thanks for helping to make the auction a success!

year waiting list and be placed directly onto the coveted
Leonetti Cellar Mailing List. Once placed on the mailing list,
