GUEST ENTRY, CEREMONY and COCKTAIL HOUR
Guests will arrive from the home’s main entrance on E. River Drive. The entry gate will be adorned with a lush organic floral
installment and custom tapestry welcome sign. Servers will be tray-passing sparkling wine and sparkling Rose. Throughout
the space will be high and low cocktail tables (with chairs) and outdoor lounge areas (existing furniture on property) with
accent pillows. CRE staff will invite guests to the ceremony on the lawn of the main house. Lush natural floral installations will
frame the back of the aisle way and low lush arrangements will flank the length of the aisle way. The actual altar space will be
left as-is naturally so to not compete with the existing landscaping.

After the ceremony, guests will be return to the cocktail area to be greeted with tray-passed wines (full liquor available at the
bar) and passed hors d’oeuvres. The chef-manned sushi rolling station and vodka and caviar station will also be open for
guests.

TENTING, FLOORING and LIGHTING
Soft muslin draping will cover each of the poles along the tent perimeter and lush vine-like greenery will frame the entrance to
the tent. The tent floor with be covered in a soft neutral-colored carpet. A stunning floral installation will serve as a
“chandelier” over the head table. Market lighting will adorn the interior roof of the tent in a “bike spoke” pattern; uplights and
spot lights will be used to highlight event details such as bar and cake table. Market lighting will run from the close end of the
tent to the guest house pergola, lighting the bar and lounge areas outside the tent.

RECEPTION TABLETOP DECOR
Guest tables will be draped with a natural oatmeal linen. Place settings will include rose gold flatware, Heath Ceramic charger
plates, Reidel glassware, ivory hemstitch napkins, and individual menus on each setting. The salad and entree courses will be
served on matte white china. Lush organic floral arrangements will be accompanied by an assortment of votive candles and
taper candles (permit-allowing). Table numbers will be etched acrylic (see “Event Signage” for more details). The head table
will be a long wooden king’s table with cane-back chairs. Remaining guests will be seated in vineyard-style crossback chairs.

EVENT SIGNAGE + PAPER GOODS - CUSTOM
Using a mix of letterpress, digital printing, foil ink and calligraphy, all event signage and paper goods will cohesively
incorporate the fonts and graphics outlined in “Event Branding.” Day-of paper goods include: Ceremony Programs (digitally
printed on white cotton paper with putty and stone ink), Dinner Menus (printed in white foil ink on stone colored paper),
Escort Cards (hand-written in matching calligraphy on white tented cards and displayed artistically on a reclaimed wood table
adorned with florals), Table Numbers + Head Table Names (marble with rose gold hand painted writing).

WEDDING CAKE - CUSTOM
The wedding cake will be 5-tiers tall with each tier donning a slightly different pattern. Ombre ruffles creep up to a textured
“linen” tier, reminiscent of the table linens. The top two tiers will be hand-painted to incorporate the custom brand graphic.
Organically draped greenery and lush blooms will add a striking fresh element. The wedding cake will be displayed
prominently on the dance floor. A playful champagne-colored linen will cover the table. The cake will be staged on a beautiful
reclaimed wood stand. Please reference the cake designer’s sketch below.

The U-shaped bar in the reception tent will include custom linen inserts to match the linen on the guest tables. (in lieu of the
green shown here). It will be adorned with lush greenery and blooms. The matching DJ booth will be set on a 24” stage on
the dance floor and adorned with greenery and blooms along the base to further distinguish the space.
