• Online application for provisional admission can be
submitted between 8th February 2024 and 8
th
March
2024
• Parent of the applicant will be informed through
email regarding the selection process.
• Further details regarding admission procedures will
be informed to the students who qualify, through
the parent email address mentioned in the
application form.

Documents to be kept ready
for uploading
• ID card of employee : If employee of BPCL / CRS /
BPCL – ECS , but ward was not studying in class X of
CRS during academic year 2023-24
• Proof of marks : Class X Model exam statement of
marks as provided by the school

Admission Criteria
Admission is based on availability of seats and performance
in the selection process.

Preference for Admission
The priority for considering applicant admission will be as
given below:
1) Wards of BPCL staff
2) Wards of CRS & BPCL-ECS staff
3) Wards of CISF staff stationed at KR
4) Wards of staff of Joint venture companies of BPCL
5) Wards of staff of BPCL - Kochi Refineries Co-
operative Credit Society / AMAS
6) Grandchildren of staff/retired staff (including VRS)
/ Death in service of BPCL
7) Grandchildren of staff/retired staff of CRS / BPCL –
ECS
8) Private students (Students other than all the above)
Please note, this is a provisional admission. Final online application form will be
released after declaration of CBSE Result 2024. Fee structure and related
information is displayed on the school website.
